Why is a professional fitting better?

A professional bra fitter is a gal’s secret weapon! Your Bra Fit Specialist should have in-depth knowledge of her merchandise and the bra industry. She should address anatomy and breast health issues that impact your bra fit. A great one is helpful, kind, non-judgmental and honest about what will work for your shape and size. She will know her stuff.

At A Perfect Fit we promise to be all the above. We listen to your concerns about your bra fit, choose bras that are right for your shape, translate bra sizing, and help you build a solid bra wardrobe. This saves you time, frustration and money. And it’s fun!

Why do I need an appointment for a first-time fitting? 

We want to get your bra fit right from the start. Your fitting appointment is a personalized shopping experience dedicated to you. It takes the HOURS out of bra shopping: hours running store to store, hours spent flipping through web pages, and hours spent returning unsuccessful purchases.

Is there a fee?

Yes, your first time has a fee. It’s our expertise and time. We will refit you for free if you get refit within 2 years and make a bra purchase. We recommend refitting at least yearly because we change, and our bras need replaced on time! You can read about our fittings hereYou can book a fitting appointment here.

Our bra fittings and the associated fees are not a gimmick. They are a professional level of personal service and expertise that our customers receive every time they shop with us because we think they are worth it! And we think our services are worth it too. So, for example, if have never been here and just want your size, you will be charged a fitting fee. Or if you have not been here in 5 years, you will be charged a fitting fee again. We will not do the work of other bra stores or web sites for free. It’s a business thing.

What if I don’t purchase a bra in my first-time fitting? 

That’s okay. We would love for you to shop with us of course! You will still get your sizing info, fit education (what we call “Boobology 101”), and bra designs/frames that will work best for you. If we don’t have what will work, we will tell you what will and where to find it.

What if I have shopped at A Perfect Fit before?

When you want to update with new bras, shopping is easy and efficient through our Refit*. It’s super-fast because we have kept your info and do all the shopping for you. We will update your fit and sizing with new bras to love. No wading through racks of bras trying to figure it out by yourself, ever!

If you just want to buy an extra or different color of something you have purchased before, just shoot us an email or give us a call. We’ll set it aside or get it ordered!

*We refit you for free if you get refit every 2 years and make a bra purchase. We recommend it yearly so your bras are replaced timely and your sizing stays current and comfortable.

What if I have been professionally fit at a store like yours and know my true size?

If you don’t need a fitting because it’s been done correctly and recently in a store like ours and you have not had any major body change, just tell us your true size and brands. We will pull bras for you to try on and purchase. Not a problem and thank you so much for coming to shop with us! If it’s not the case, we will kindly offer you a fitting. Our fitting fee is $20 then we refit for free if you get refit and make a bra purchase every 2 years.

How do I cancel my appointment?

You should have received a confirmation email when you booked your appointment. If you can’t find it, check your spam. In that email, click “CANCEL” and you will be directed to our booking app to cancel your appointment. You will also be offered a chance to reschedule at the same time. Or you can reschedule at your convenience at a later date.

What is your return policy?

We have a 15 day exchange only policy that is standard to our industry as these are garments that are worn intimately. Here it is as posted in our store and printed on every receipt:

EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY: 15 DAYS FOR EXCHANGE ONLY. Due to the intimate nature of our apparel, items must be new, unworn and unwashed WITH ORIGINAL TAGS ON with no visible wear and/or stains and/or marks, free of ALL odors and perfumes and free of loose hairs, skin flakes, oils and/or cosmetics.

DUE TO HEALTH RISKS: NURSING BRAS, PANTIES, BOTTOMS (including shapewear bottoms and all-in-one bodysuit style items), and SWIMWEAR ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NON-EXCHANGEABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE.

SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NON-EXCHANGEABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE.

SALE, CLEARANCE AND DISCONTINUED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE.

REWARDS PROGRAM DISCOUNT IS REDEEMABLE ON REGULARLY PRICED IN STOCK ITEMS ONLY AND CANNOT BE COMBINED WITH ANY OTHER DISCOUNT OR OFFERS. REWARDS DO NOT APPLY TO SWIMWEAR, JEWELRY, ACCESSORIES, OR SPECIAL ORDERED ITEMS. REWARDS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE.
