ATTENTION NEW CUSTOMERS:  New customers are required to prepay the fitting to book. So be intentional. FITTING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE FOR NO SHOWS AND WILL NOT APPLY TO A FUTURE FITTING. YOU CAN CANCEL UP TO 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF APPOINTMENT TIME AND RECEIVE A REFUND. MULTIPLE CANCELLED APPOINTMENTS MAY RESULT IN A SERVICE FEE.

NEW CUSTOMER POLICY: FITTING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE WITHIN THE 48 HOUR WINDOW OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. You can cancel your appointment up to 48 hours in advance through your appointment confirmation email to receive a refund of the pre-paid fitting fee. NO SHOWS/NO CALLS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO SHOWS WITHOUT NOTICE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you are sick that morning, call and we will reschedule you from our end since there are no fitting fee refunds within the 48 hour window. By booking an appointment, you are acknowledging that you agree with and abide by this policy. There are no refunds for fitting fees once you have been fit.

  1. READ THE FITTING DESCRIPTIONS AND BOOK THE MOST APPROPRIATE FOR YOUR NEEDS.
  2. CLICK THE FITTING YOU WANT. WE INCLUDE EVERYDAY BRAS IN FORMAL FITTINGS. DON’T BOOK 2 DIFFERENT FITTINGS! 
  3. SCROLL DOWN TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE.
  4. CLICK THE CONTINUE  BUTTON ON THE BOTTOM RIGHT TO GO TO THE CALENDAR.
  5. OPEN APPOINTMENT DAYS ARE BOLDED IN BLACK.
  6. CLICK THE DAY ON THE CALENDAR AND THEN CLICK AN AVAILABLE TIME.
  7. CLICK THE CONTINUE BUTTON. 
  8. CLICK THE BACK BUTTON IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE ANYTHING OR REREAD INSTRUCTIONS (you must redo the appointment selection then).
  9. FILL OUT THE FORM AND CLICK SUBMIT. THERE IS AN EXTRA FIELD TO FILL OUT IF THE APPOINTMENT IS FOR SOMEONE OTHER THAN YOURSELF (such as a minor child).
  10. LOOK FOR  YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL (CHECK YOUR SPAM). YOU CAN CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT UP TO 48 HRS IN ADVANCE THROUGH THIS CONFIRMATION EMAIL TO RECEIVE A REFUND FOR THE FITTING FEE.
